The Downstream sector comprises the refining of crude oil and the processing of natural gas into fuels, chemicals and market-ready products. It also includes the logistics, marketing and distribution of refined products such as fuels, lubricants, LPG, natural gas, petrochemicals, chemical intermediates and fertilizers serving both industrial and consumer markets.
